rough shifting

Can anyone figure out this one:

I installed a new Rps sport clutch, new throwout bearing, new pilot bushing i upgraded to a used s14 sr20 tranny, i filled it up w/ redline mt90 tranny fluid... 4 wks ago. Okay i drove it to vegas this past weekend, and when i was over there i noticed the shifting got rough... like it hesitates somewhat to put into gear, more at freeway speeds.... usually when i drive out of the driveway cold the shifting feels good but as the engine warms the shifting gets notcher... i checked the clutch master & slave cylinders and they are fine no leaks, fluid is at level, clutch pedal feels great, nice and stiff (uuhh that didnt sound right) like a sport clutch pressure plate should...im stumped on this one fellas anyone have any suggestions?!?!

might check your differential oil and change it, sometimes rough shifting is caused by the diff....if you have stock vlsd just go buy some mobil one synthetic 75w90? I cant remember the grade, but a quick search would tell you. I think you can use that for open diff's too, but don't quote me on that. good luck

thicker oil?

i dont think the differential has nothing to do with it.... well i added 1/4 of 80w-90 grade gl-4 generic gear oil, and it loosened up a bit, im running 75w-90 red line syn. oil..... it seems to like the thicker oil better.. idunno, i smell trial and error here.. like i wasted 30 bucks on redline "thin" oil!!
