does anyone know where i can find a guide to the transmission harness on an s14 ka, i need one that shows the colors of the wires and what they do, thanks

Red and red/yellow are VSS.
Green/orange is neutral position switch.
Yellow/blue is 5th position switch.
Green and green/white is reverse switch.

thanks, is that all, i think there is a black one, but all i need are the ones that i can splice into my s13 sr motor thats in it

also if you know the same thing for the sr tanny harness it would help, thanks

Anything black is a ground, there's a ground side of the neutral and 5th switches.

All you need are VSS and reverse anyway, and unless you really want them those are both optional too. The other switches will throw a CEL but will not affect anything, and with an SR you're throwing codes anyway so it doesn't matter.

there is a larger white wire that bolts onto the back of the alternator and comes up to a plug, but i dont have the plug on my s14, any ideas?

and do you know the color and what the wires do on the s13 tanny harness?
