Does anybody know of any good Dragstrips or Road track around the Nashville, Tennessee Area that the public can run on?  I've seen a cuple but do they all let the public come and run their cars?  

I just moved there and don't know much around...Dave

damn. All the sudden we have a whole bunch of people in Nashville.
Well, me, you, nuxx, and someone else I can't remember.

i would like to direct you first of all to http://www.midsouthsr.org this is a memphis based site but has members in MS, jackson, east TN, and scattered about the rest of the area. as far as i know, there arent even any nashville members yet

and as far as drag racing, theres a 1/8 mile track where you can race at in jackson, i think its site is http://www.outlawten5.com they have import classes now, and races for money

also you can come to memphis motorsports park here in memphis where theres a 1/4 mile strip and road racing course
