west what are the subjects?  all the midnightmotorsports.net emails get viruses sent daily as well...

if you have norton, just update your virus definition files and have them quarantined only...then save the file to disk...you never know when you might need it...just kidding...norton should take care of anything for you...if you don't have norton then download it from kazaa...

ive got a virus on my comp but i dont think its that one. I think I have a version of the love bug one. Cuz it turned all my .jpg pics into .vbs and made em 11kb, and also made copies of all my mp3s and changed them to .vbs (but my mp3s are still there, juss not the pics). It pissed me off I lost so many pics. I need to get my norton back from a friend.

I have never paid attention to them. Since my email is web based it cant execute the email so it gets a http error msg. So I delete them. Most I can tell, alot of them will be 42k in size and I received one from someone named slidesquad. Dont know if there is any relation to who it was sent to though because I cant see the emails. Is there any way to check the headers in that? You could at least find out who is relaying it, and possibly who's sending it.

Hmm how about this. I have about 3 viruses running on my computer right now. Basicly i can't get rid of them cuz the fuxors invaded my kernel32.dll and now i can't get rid of them unless i reformat the whole thing. Therefore the reasoning: if you get a virus, don't panic. Norton will be quite capable of finding them. If they are serious viruses.... not to worry either. There are always ways to disable them.

I wonder if there are even any virusses out that can infect my machine. . . Regardless, more network resources are spent emailling virus warning than forwarding virii. Should prolly be classified as a new type of virus.

, this is a car forum, not an OMG WTF VIRII!!! forum. I don't care if it's going to erase my hard drive, discharge my crt through my mouse, fry my RAM, and give me a runny nose - I don't want to hear about it here :-)
