Ok so i am trying to buy soemtign from Rome Italy right . so dude is saying ebay has such thing where 3rd party holds the money untill i say i like the product and its as described. but i cant seem to find this thign on ebay . this is what it looks like in the email taht "ebay" supposedly sent me. What worries me is that that 3rd party is in rome and proably his friend or something.

I didn't click the pic, but if it's SQUARE TRADE, square trade DOES NOT ACT AS A 3RD PARTY or a MEDIATOR. If it involves Western Union or an "agents" name, it's a scam.

Yeap, just clicked it. Scam.
