95 240 w/ s13 swap. just replaced clutch with act 6 puck and now it sounds like my tranny is grinding in second gear only. it doesnt feel real hard to shift into, but sometimes it sounds like its grinding. replaced t/o bearing and pilot, any ideas? one thing i am wondering about is my friend that helped me refilled my tranny with lucas gear oil additive, and i dont think he put any actuall gear oil in. he says he does this all the time with he jeeps. any ideas?

ok well if that is the case, why did it work perfect until i swapped the clutch and then immediately start acting up? just sounds a little ironic.

drain and refill your tranny
then see how it goes.
