Today is Friday, you're asking to be running by Monday, that is a time crunch that will cost you more than you will save on the engine... Go to www.car-part.com and see if a junkyard in your area has a twincam and for how much, I paid $400 for mine and they dropped it off to where I wanted it to be.
Don't cost yourself a fortune trying to rush for time, seriously.

you will need:

sohc p/s lines (or you can run no power steering)
sohc guage cluster

should drop right in if you work fast enough.

Here is the SOHC to DOHC FAQ:
http://www.zilvia.net/f/showthread.php?t=33502
... do it in reverse, but do not try and use internals from one engine to the other.

No issues, just pay attention to and/or use the wiring/sensors and all that good stuff from your old engine, you should have no problems with it.
