Ive got this piece of crap ASC power sunroof, its stuck, and its serving no purpose in my car, I would love to either take it out or fix it.

Nissan wants 2k for parts and labor(more like they rather not do it)

American Specialty/Sunroof Comany(ASC) wants 1200 for parts and labor.

These bastards are scammers.

Question, would it be better to get ASC parts and fix it OR just get a used ASC sunroof from the junk yard?

Anyone know how to take it out? It looks like I have to take off the plastic trims. Help?

Once you take out the headliner it is fairly easy to see how it all comes out. I had an ASC with no glass in it so its gutted except for the tray right now...trying to figure out what I am going to do with it.

too my head liner off, took off all the screws, it wont come out LOL

Seems like I have to take off the plastic peices.

ASC is crap, my vert was done by ASC too...F aSC

Just wondering what you ended up doing, I also have an ASC sunroof that is stuck. Took it to a sunroof shop and they gave it back to me and won't answer my calls lol.
