Anybody try those PIAA wipers?  Are they any good?

yeah i got the piaa wipers...they r freakin good...but also cost a lot for um....i got mines for 40 bucks a pair for the carbon fiber ones...but to me they r worth it esp since im here in portland where it is always raining...

why do upgrade your wipers, is a look thing or does it proved better rain performance?

well i was gonna get the regular black piaa wipers but the shop where i bought them from said i could have the carbon fiber ones for cheaper than the plain black ones...yeah it does help rain performance...they last longer than regular wipers plus they come with this thing that u wipe onto your windshield so that every time u turn your windshield wipers on they coat your windshiled with a film that deflects the rain and makes it bead off your window...this is good for where i live since it is always raining

yeah i guess its somethin like rain-x but i think its supposed to be better...its supposed to coat your windshield everytime u use your wipers...not jus when u put it on...
