Leaky Injector

what fuse is this?
I,ve got a 93 240, and was working on some wiring when I noticed that this one wire was disconnected, I just need to know what it does, or if it is important. my car won't start right now, the engine doesn't even turn over. I just need to know if this wire is signicant. The wire connects to what looks like the starter, located in the white circle towards the bottom of the engine, the red arrow shows where the wire comes from.
any help would be appreciated, thanks. ![]() |

you can runwithout the ATC. I've seen it done. But anyways i'm betting that plug is for the charcoal canister. I can't tell if its not there or not. Or maybe for the air recircuilating valve (dunno what its actually called, i always call it another EGR haha)
Maybe its for yoru power steering. Maybe for your ac condensor. Who knows. Trace teh wire haha

Still a shitty ass pic, but I'm bored.
The black item that's outlined is the coil resistor, there's no plug on it, two wires go in and feed back out. The 'starter' in question is the A/C compressor, there should be a single pin connector, blue/green wire, hanging around near it that plugs into it. Funny, I've never heard of a belt driven starter, why'd you think that? Nevermind, maybe it's better I don't know. |

ok whoever mentioned charcoal canister... wrong find me an electrical plug on the can and i will give you a cookie. dude honestly did this problem start after the wire came off or did you just go looking for disconnected snit after the car stopped working. it probably connects the AC relay to your AC condensor... when toying with wires what else did you touch, thats probably the issue
