sr20det wont start please help!!!!

ok so my car just wont start... see what happened was i checked the ecu for codes because is was running way crazy. it gave me the throttle position sensor code. so i checked out the throttle position sensor and was working just fine. so i put it back on, turned the ecu back to running mode, and tried starting up the car. Now it just wont start up. somebody please help me.

i fixed it with better punctuation. can you help me now? oh, and just to clerify, it definitely was not running right when it was starting up.

does the engine turn over?

have you check fuel pressure?

Are you getting spark?

i have good blue spark, and i know i have fuel pressure, but i dont know how much or how much i am supposed to have.
