hey everyone... this sounds like a very pointless question but i really wanna know <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='
![]() since the altima has a KA24DE also... is it possible to swap a altima engine into 240sx if i keep the tranny? as you can probably tell i'm not very tech saavy.... but can the two motors bolt on to each other's chasis? |

basically, no, the altima is setup with a transverse motor powering the front wheels
the 240's ka is longitudinally mounted, powereing the rear wheels internals are common to both i would imagine that the computer is too but, i'm not sure... basically the swap is a no go
