Angry seat belt warning keeps going off!!!

i drive an s13. everyso often the seat belt warning light/sound will go off as if i pressed the emergency release button. what the heck is going on?

unplug the harness from the seatbelt

or unplug the speaker and take the bulb out of the cluster

Unhappy hello

the harness is unplugged..it still goes off. i don't want to unplug my speakers either. thanks for the suggestions. are there any more suggestions out there??
