S13 Manual Seatbelt Conversion - How-To

I have a thread on Zilvia somewhere about this, just thought I'd revise it better:

I just thought I'd do a quick write-up on how I did my s14 seatbelts
to s13 conversion. I hated the automatic seatbelts, so I bought some
s14 seatbelts from a fellow Zilvia. You can also use B12 Sentra seatbelts,
the install is basically the same.

Removing the stock seatbelts is pretty straightforward, so I'm not going
to post it. I also forgot to take pics during it, that's why.

Remove your seats and set them aside. Remove the black screws from
the door sill.

Take off the necessary panels. Most of my rear panels are already off,
so it was easy for me.

Now, take out the stock lapbelt and throw it away, no one wants
them anyways.

You can also remove the auto-seatbelt accessories as well.

Now, make a small hole in the carpet where the seatbelt will bolt into.

Here's the place where you screw the seatbelt into, thus making the small hole.
It's the same place where you took off the stock lapbelt.

Now, get the s14 seatbelt and screw it in. (Some s14 seatbelts I have
seen are different than the ones I got, for some reason. I ran into others
who had the same problem. As you can see the top hook is too short to
hook into the hole, so I just used a ziptie for now. I'm going to weld a small
piece of metal there later). From what I heard, the B12 Sentra belts fit perfectly,
but don't quote me on that.

After the bottom part, there's a hole right in the middle of this picture.

Now, attach the next part of the seatbelt to the hole in the last pic.

Now attach the end of the seatbelt into the bottom hole

Now enjoy your manual seatbelts!
