I think I have read this somewhere, that any wheel that fits on a Z32 will fit fine on a S14... is that true? I am picking up a set of 17x8 and 17x9.5 wheels that were on a Z32, but the seller does not know what the offsets are. They fit perfectly on the Z32, but will I have any fitment problems on a S14? The tires on the wheels are 235/45 FR and 255/40 RR.

that 255 is probably going to rub i had 245's they barely made it plus u have 17s mine here 16 x 8.5 z32 tt rimz

In your pic, are those Konig Villains?  What size are they?

if theres a difference in offset, it wont be much. that just means that theyre gonna hang out or be under the wheel wells a little bit. it doesnt make a difference, and it wont look too bad. but i think theyd rub a little anyway, just cuz theyre so big.

check out www.tirerack.com , i think they have a formulation chart with specs. check Z32 and S14 and compare.
