Wood nailed together in a "step-up" style. I also have a Harbor Frieght low profile jack that works just fine to get under my lip and jack on the tow-hooks(not my first choice. No issues yet. Even on a damaged one)

thats weird i just find it easier and quicker to just snip 3 zip ties from sideskirt near rear wheel on driver side and slide squirt out so jack clears, then just slide low pro jack and jack up from rear subframe bolt. from there i can get both rear tires off the ground quick then i could by having to get out of car and set up blocks, get back in drive and drive on black, get out of car and tray to get jack under diff.

That thing would mess up aero bad I think. Wimpy fiberglass vs. the weight of the car. Maybe if you used it behind the aero.

i think the best way is to use ramps

then jack them at the towhooks.

thats what i did. i couldnt get my super low jack under my frame rails and i didnt even have a kit.

i use a scissor jack/stock jack.

slide between wheel and side skirt and slip it behind the side skirt to the pinch weld or sub frame bolt.

whatever.

takes like 2-3 minutes to change a wheel if you have coilovers, even in the rear.

I currently don't have aero, but I've used combinations of wood planks, ramps, and tow hooks.

I don't see why anyone wouldnt have at least a plank of wood with them at an event..

just pick up shit on the side of the road.. lol i've found various sizes of lumber for use...

Yeah I bought 3 pieces of 1x6 wood planks from Home Depot, got home, sawed 1 of them in half, then nailed each half to 1 of the full planks.

Raises the car 2 inches and don't have to take the front bumper off.

I might have to add a few more to it, so it acts like a total ramp system for the front and rear of the car, for those annoying days like maintenance day where you have to crawl under the car to change tranny or diff fluids.

In that case, all you'd have to do is make the ramp long enough so that after the front wheels go up the ramp, it will level off a little bit before the rear gets on, so when the rear gets on, you can have the car go up another few inches, that way you can get a jack underneath the front and the rear easily.

Plus it's something to do... when you're bored.

get a good jack that doesn't have to move far to go up

get a 2x4 that's like 5" long...cut in half at a 45* angle so you make little ramp things

put them behind rear wheels and reverse up them

then jack from diff

done

Find a stock honda civic jack at a yard and shove it under your car and manually turn it with a small screw driver till its high enough to get a jack under. Now your not carrying wood or anything. Just a small 1" by 12" jack and your main jack. Or build some cheap wood ramps-

K Sport Jacks are like 450$ per MSRP.

upshot is you only need one if you just want to do the back of the car and have coilovers.

Get some bigger friends.
Lifting the side of a 2500lb car by its wheel well, enough to slide a jack under it isnt an amazing pheat...... and its free.

you will never notice 30lbs in the back of your car. ever.

none of you drive more than once a month
none of you are that consistant
none of you have taken that much flex out of an S-chassis

i just slide my jack under the diff and jack it up. since my car has such gay ride height theres no need to put anything unter the wheels or to jack it up somewhere else. at least in the rear. front is a little more difficult, i use a scissor jack first and then slide my other jack under the car and pump it up.
