sumtimes wen i drive my car normal it starts bogging out !!! like outa no where, it jus looses power1111 and if i press the gas it dusnt do anyrhing !!! like heirs no throttle response!!! and if i down shift it dus the same thing!!! for me to get back in control and have to fully stop and start on first gear for it to go back to regular!!!! and then aftr a lil while it dus it again!!! i have no idea wut it is!!! any body noe or have any ideas???

Let's start with English. That would help alot. Then, lets follow with more information. Stock KA, SR20? Does the engine rev or not? We need more details.

^^ its a stock ka engine that does rev, but at times when you driving on the freeway it starts to bogg when your on the gas just stepping on it. then he would let off after that it would bogg and the car wouldn't accelerate. Then you throw it in neutral let the engine idle and throw it back in gear, its fine after that.

-could it be tps ? or some other crap like the fuel pump...?

could be a MAF

Like Carlo said, could be the MAF, but check all the vacuum lines as well. Might be something as simple as a bad fuel filter too.
