350z wheels rubbing.

I got 17 inch Z wheels on the car. The fronts are rubbing against my coils. The tires and I think a bit of the lip. Do I need spacers and how much of a space should I use?

seriously? Move them away to gain clearance, measure, buy spacers. If you space them more than 5MM I would probably get extended lugs.

go to ichubusa.com get a 10mm bolt on spacer. make sure after you bolt the spacers down drive for a lil bit then take your wheels off and tighten them up again as the metal will cruch a lil keep an eye on torqueing yor wheels down too unless you wanna loose them on the freeway

Why are you running a 245 up front? Are the 17" 350z wheels like 17x7.5 or something like that? Try a 225 up front. I am running them on one of my verts with no issues.

Spacers are what you need! Whenever you buy new aftermarket coils, you'll always need spacers.

Thanks guys. So 10 MM seems like that's what I need?. I'll have to order them.

I think 225 would work too but it still looks like it hits the lip just barely. I'm gonna put my old SEs on there until I get the spacers. Reason I'm running them is each one of these tires sell for about $215 a piece. They are all brand new and I got them for 50 bucks a piece so I said screw it. I seen other forum members fit 245s up front with wider wheels so I was hoping they'd fit. I really needed tires bad. All 4 were at like 0 tread life and just driving normal when a light turns green I would just sit there and spin lol.

Nope not at all. And I put my old SEs on there for now. They rub too though but I'd rather ruin those old ass tires.
