not too bad, just as long as you safely routed the line. you dont want to kink or break that line and blow your engine because you didn't feel like popping your hood all the time.

Besides possibly kinking or damaging the vac line, is there any detrimental effect of running lines that long? Like, 4-5 feet?

mr2 guys run manual boost controllers into the cabin all the time. although i somehow feel the routing would be shorter.

Cool, good idea... as long as the lines dont get messed with should work well, just dont move it while driving.

Boost controller vacuum lines (most importantly the controller to the wastegate) should be kept as short as humanly possible.

YES! More air has to change pressure before the wastegate opens... basically guarantees boost spike.

The engine bay is directly behind the driver's seat, running vac lines into the cabin would still keep them very short.

Id be more worried about the boost spike thats going on due to the length of the vacume lines. clean install tho just keep an eye on that boost gauge and dont get "boost" happy and blow the motor

I don't see the problem with it... You can run a harder material line to resist the expansion.

ohhhh they would too.

make a sign that says "dont touch ANYTHING" on your dash.

and punch them in the face when they do.

or better yet, take out the pass seat. less weight right?
