Just in case you've seen this (its been around for a while, so its possible). Its not a cartoon, but its two professional drivers going at it in the touge, a la Initial D. One drives a hachiroku, an S15, and a S2000 (all RWD). The other drives a stock STI, I think a Bozz Speed Impreza, and the Boss Evo VII (all AWD). Fun video.
