Clutch/Tranny Mystery: Please help!!!

What I've got 95 240sx se bone stock.

Here's what I can tell you.

-I have resistance at the clutch, but it doesn't engage, so I would think hydro system is working.
-When I get the car moving(starting in gear gas and go kind of thing) I can get from gear to gear by "rev matching," so I think my trans is ok.
-I heard a clunk when this happened.

Did a clutch fork slip??? Is it a throw out bearing? Help! I need to get to work at 430 am everyday, and need my baby to run again!!!
