I called Wiring Specialties and from what i was told from the rep, the S14 harnesses they make fit all years. the ONLY specific requirement is the WC ecu. what happens is that they make the complete harness with all connectors, and you just cut and tape off the ones you dont use. it comes with the pig-tails for Z32, Oval, and Square MAF's. all is explained in the installation instructions included.

just for reassurance just like op said, I have the same harness and its a single harness for both cars. only difference chassis side is wiper motor, and alternator charger cable. then on engine side its just maf's that are different but comes with oval(zenki) square(kouki) maf plugs, and z32
