Nope...that's not me...i'm just an Electrical Engineer at Underwriters Laboratories (UL) in NC.

Nope...I'm still putting miles on it for a break in period. It's got like 315 miles on it right now and when i turn 500 miles then i'tt turn up the boost just a little. Then put some more miles on it and then up the boost and tweak for dyno runs.

Even at the 3 psi during break in is really run.

hey kyle, i live in NC too, n i was just wondering what the status of ur ka24det is street wise. how is NC and its tests towards cars w/ aftermarket turbos. was it hassle free? or did u find a way around it? main thing i'm wondering is if it's completely street legal. i mean, whe i have $ for it i'll find a way if it's not, but i'm just curious.

Well my turbo was not a kit. I bought each piece individually and assembled it the way i wanted it. It was a pain in the @ss, cause i built a lot of custom stuff along the way. I'm getting around the emissions right now cause the car is registered in Wilmingotn, NC which is where i'm from...they don't have emissions testing there...just a visual test.

Wow..  looks like you've invested a lot in that car.  Looks sweet as ####.  

How are those seats?  you like them?  how much were they?  did you have trouble with installation
