Changing Brake Hardlines to AN Lines

I accidentally cut a chunk of my brake line mistakenly trying to shorten the breather line.. So now im thinking of changing the hardlines going from the BMC to the brakes to AN lines.

I have a buddy that has a couple feet of AN-4 lines laying around and i was wondering if the size would be too big? IIRC stainless S13 to 300ZX brakes are AN-3 but if i ran a reducer at the fender bulk will it have any effect with the braking?

Im currently running Q45s but im planning to change to 300ZX Brakes.

Also what size AN lines should the rear 300zx be running?

I dont need opinions on how costly an lines are and i should go hard line, i just want to verify the facts of what AN lines do i need to go with. Thanks!

I think it's worth. And it will save u a good amount of time because you can just throw it in there vs. figuring out what si e fittings you need and whatnot.

I'm running that chase bays brake line kit with my own s14 bmc, it works with either of them. I definitely recommend them.

i used -3 lines and the BMC is thread is m10x1.0 iirc.

Also for the lines I would buy the pre-crimped ones in the length you need it.
I used (2) 5' lines with banjos on the bmc side.
SS teflon coated - Cost $54.63
