Mizu fan shroud help

Ok before the flaming starts. And a bunch of posts start up saying google it!! I already did for the past 2-3 hours. So I'm doing all my cooling and was in the process of buying the mishimoto fan shroud. Then come to find out its in back order till August. I know about the Isis one but I wanna know more about the mizu brand anyone have experience with that brand I like that it comes with lifetime warranties.

Yeah I found lots of mizu sellers and lots of pictures haha. Even found a blog on nico giving away the mizu fan shroud, rad and hoses. For performing an installation complete with a how-to write-up and product test results. And that was last year and still no write up. So that's why I posted on zilvia to see if anyone has experienced with mizu . And it's a hatchy with kade

From all the searching I've done I've come up with. They have been around for a cool minute in Japan and its Japanese made. But it seems like they just started selling in the states this past year.

MIZU= same old chines ebay shit. Same as godspeed, cxracing, etc.

Get an OEM fan shroud. will run cooler than any aftermarket fan shroud/electic setup.

craigslist for cheap... Or New oem for like $25

Stock fan shroud beats any aftermarket bling. i'm still running fan/clutch setup. haven't had any cooling issues.

OEM setup plus an aluminium radiator, silicone hoses, Nismo T-stat, and a properly bled system has never failed me. Though I have heard great things about folks running the Altima dual electric fan setup.

Oh and towlie where are you finding stock shrouds for $25 new? SR shrouds are around $85 new and KA shrouds are double that.

I have a mishimoto rad (oem Nissan cap), oem tstat, hoses, water pump, oem fan/shroud. Runs awesome (s13 sr) never goes above 4-5 clicks wven when pushing it on long drives (used to drive an hour+ for work everyday) only thing I might change is adding some silicone rad hoses but that would be for looks haha

I got a free radiator, shroud, and hoses from Mizu in exchange for a write up on the S13 SR20 install. It took forever for the parts to get to me (almost 2 months if I remember right, nearly 4 months for the hoses) and communication was horrible on their end. I sent them a full write up and never heard back from them.

Install was simple. everything fit perfectly and mounted right up. The system hasn't failed me yet, but I do live in a fairly mild climate and have a fairly stock SR.

Yeah Kspecracing had the shroud in stock and for 135 with taxes. So I drove down there and picked them up. They look really well built. Nothing like the mishimoto or Isis. And at that price I didn't see why not . And I like people not being able to tell I have electric fans. And the stock look so I still managed to use the stock shroud over the fans. Just some handy zip ties and were cooking with fire.

OMG! That's amazing. I wish KA shrouds were that cheap.

For $25 I might just pick one up and see if I can make it work with the KA.

I had issues with their silicone hose for the KA. Mold is a bit off. Ended up going with another brand.
