Angry Sr20det Swap problem

So im putting a Black top s13 SR in my 1989 240 I tried to started yesterday and it just cranks it dosnt start, I realized that the engine is getting no fuel because the fuel pump is not priming and the fuel pump is not priming because The ECU is getting no power everything is connected properly, except for this plug coming from the fuse box which I don't know where it connects. If anyone knows where it goes or can give me any advice it would be very appreciated.

check the wires where all the splices might be a break.

the plug in your photo looks like one of the a/c plugs.
what you need to do is find the ecu pinout for the ecu your using (#62? j5?) they're easy to find on google, then get a power probe or voltmeter and check all the powers and grounds at the ecu. in my experience with #62 ecus there is a ground for the egi relay that doesn't work always. i've had excellent success clipping that wire at the ecu and then running the relay ground to a manual switch. also doubles as an excellent kill switch.

Alright so I checked my ecu (#62) at pin 38,47 (ECCS Power) im getting 8-10V, at pin 39 and 48 ( ECCS Ground) there is continuity and pin 46 ( ECCS Backup power) theres 11V. So it should be good? I checked all my fuses and relays and there all getting 12v exept for the EGI pump which gets nothing, could it be the only problem? But my ECU's red light wont turn on.

Check fuel pump 10A fuse. Check the black w/ pink stripe wire. That's the signal wire from ECU to EGI relay.

Verify that all power and all ground wires have continuity. There could be a possibility that you have a fried ECU if everything checks out and it still won't power on.
