Not all police vehicles have dash cams. In all the vehicles that I have driven, only 2 had a dash cam. One was a patrol vehicle while the other one was a non-marked traffic enforcement vehicle.

The issue with the dash cams is that the mics might or might not work. The patrol one I rode in, had a removable mic to it, but all it would do was a loud pitch squeal.

I couldn't find my keys for my scion and I was running late for work. So I had no other ride besides the s13 which I just had made street legal. On my way home at night all functioning lights stopped working, only head lights were on. Its a straight piped Isis exhaust and a cop pulled me over half way home. I was in tie and shirt, even showed him my CVS white lab coat. He was kind enough to stay behind me until my dad could come to escort me home. Almost shit my pants into thinking what could've happened.

In Florida there is no law against being too low or headlight height requirement. So what could they stop you for? If you happen to get pulled over for sparking what would they file the ticket as? I tried researching it but got nothing for florida

Got pulled over last night for clutch kicking it off an exit. Didn't see any cars, so I said wth. Saw headlights behind me as I straightened out, and then the cherrys. Sheriff ended up being cool. Told me he liked my "demonstration" and to "enjoy the scenery". Since I pulled into the strip club haha. Havn't been pulled over since Labor Day 2011 for exhaust. Which was another warning.

They could pull you over for safety concerns of your vehicle with the sparking issue. I pulled over a trailer once because the chain that hung off of it was bouncing all over the road and sparking.

Or they could cite you for criminal damage to the road way. We have some of those small pickups with air suspensions in which they lower the rear ends of them and start sparking on the road way on purpose. We warned them several times. Now it is to the point where they are cited every time they do it.

There is a law regarding the headlight height....

316.220 Headlamps on motor vehicles.—
(1) Every motor vehicle shall be equipped with at least two headlamps with at least one on each side of the front of the motor vehicle, which headlamps shall comply with the requirements and limitations set forth in this chapter, and shall show a white light. An object, material, or covering that alters the headlamp’s light color may not be placed, displayed, installed, affixed, or applied over a headlamp.

i got pulled over in coronado, san diego once in my 240SX. A female officer pulls up and asked for the usual but my trick is to always show my military id first in some way as i pull my drivers license out and then they see that im from hawaii so they ask me if i shipped the vehicle and just give me warnings about my tint and exhaust then let me go.

another time while stationed in bremerton, washington a military cop pulls me over on base in my 350Z and ask the usual and as i give him my insurance card he starts yelling at me and telling me "ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO GIVE ME THIS?" "IS THIS WHAT YOU WANT TO GIVE ME?" for no reason i knew that it wasnt expired and then he realized he was in the wrong and says fix your license plate light and lets me go. and i just sit there wondering wtf just happened?

here in hawaii cops mainly pull over young looking drivers in honda civics since thats what all the high school kids drive now a days plus cops isnt what stop us here its the fucking RECON shit.

in my skyline r32 which is completely legal in Ontario Canada, i get pulled over pretty much everytime i drive it lol.
recent tickets, stunt driving (drifting around my local downtown ) license suspension plus $1200 noise ticket, 3 exhaust tickets in 3 weeks 110 per lol, no rear lic light 125. lol
plus a million other times and talking my way out.
best thing is to be polite sometimes lol
best was when the cops hunted me down for letting off my bee-r in a apt parking lot, cops were called for shots fired lol
that was a trip, lol when 6 cop cars show up to your buddies house while ripping bongs lol

Only time I've been pulled over in a 240sx was doing a U-turn on a 4-lane on a rainy day. Welded diff + 420hp + rain + stock tires + cars comming= Yes officer, the car got sideways at 15mph...
