Bride seat rails questions pleeeease

I'm going to be getting some bride taiwan or bride canada seats from ebay (cause of my budget)

I don't really know how the rails work. I have an s14... do I need rails specifically for s14? Do they need to be Bride?

Also I'm a short guy, is there rails that raise the seat up higher than some?

Any insight is appreciated!

No, you just need to know if the seats are bottom or side mount, then match the rail accordingly. Bride rails are nice because they are interchangeable between the two styles.

quick question I am thinking about buying someones bride rails out of their s13 and I have a bride seat but they don't know what rails they are so would all bride rails fit a bride? Or is it a good chance. Thanks,

Once again, side mount rail will work with side mount seat; bottom mount rail works with bottom mount seat. Just find out the orientation of the seat/ rail combo and all should be smooth.

are you going to have a bride bucket seat or recliner seat?
because there is different style rails (like others have stated)
the bride FG rails are for buckets (side mount) and the MO rails are for the recliners (bottom mount), and the bride rails will work with a lot of other brands, recaro, sparco, buddy club etc., even the bride replica's will fit on the real bride rails

and about your height, the FG rails (for bucket) has 3 settings, so it can go low and pretty high too, but the MO rail (for recliners) can't be adjusted, so only can be mounted at fixed height
and if your open to other rails, Nagisa makes a bucket seat rail for the 240's as well, and its got 4 height settings, i'm not sure if it can go higher then the bride rails or if its the same height but more finer adjuments, someone else will have to chime in on this
