S14 Tweeter/Speaker Install. What to use and where?

My original plan was to install aftermarket tweeters in the factory a-pillar location.
Wanted JBL MS62C speakers but the tweeters are almost 2" tall.
After taking rough measurements it looks like I have a bit less than 1" depth to work with.

So I'm stuck either finding a new location for the JBL speakers I want or going with slim tweeters. Anyone have recommendations on component speakers that offer tweeters with a depth of 1" or less? Looking for lots of midbass and warm sounding tweeter.

I wouldn't mind getting something like these mirror covers if someone made them for s14

I used an Infinity component set and the tweeters just barely cleared factory grills.

Yeah I saw your post on Nico... I've had 2 different sets of infinity speakers and just didn't like them though. Highs are too much and lack midbass.

Really don't want to hammer into the A-pillar... If it's a few mm that'd be fine but almost a full inch is just too much.
