Im sorry for the newb question i tried to search but i couldnt find anything on what i was looking for. I need help soon because the auction for the wheels is almost up. Its an s13 hatch. 17X8.0 OFFSET +27, 17X9.0 OFFSET +35. Would these be nice and flush? I would like them to stick out a bit. beefy...
