Back in 99, a buddy of mine found a panda bear. He tied it to the back of my trans am. I never took it off. When I got my coupe, I kept the tradition. I forget the name of the character, but its a neopet from McDonalds a happy meal. Oh, someone stole this off my car, I was PISSED!

No, I don't think our site started it. People have been hanging shit off toe hooks for a while. I know a lot guys in the Norcal area that do it, but then agian, I dont venture outside norcal... soooooo, im sure its all over the place. its funny for a while, when you get bored, just change ur toy. then its funny all over again.

yes i was referring to norcal240.net, not the generalization of norcal people. i assume that it was norcal240sx.net thing because i remember reading thread about it in their forums. but i know im wrong now though.

The idea came from Japan. It was started by the bosozoku that used handles taken off subway trains.

I used to live on a dairy farm in Wisconsin, and had to drive through the barnyard whenever I went somewhere.
So a couple years ago before I moved to SoCal, I bought a little plastic surfboard and hung it off my S13's towhook. Going through the barnyard covered it in cow manure, and it would just pack on more each day until I had a big chunk of manure (about 3") hanging off my rear bumper. You all think you're pimp cause you have stuffed monkeys and whatnot. My car had an actual dingleberry.
