i am in the process of building a small run of intake plenums for a KA.

anyone have a clue where i can buy fully radiused aluminum air horns?

they need to be weld on horns, not bolt on, and have a diameter of 48mm

Sounds like it might be a job for your local machine shop. That'd be my best suggestion to give you exactly what you want.
