I would definatly buy the one piece sides, dependent upon fitment.

And would also be interested in the front bumper, only if the licence plate location was shaved or replaced with a scoop/vent like koguchi's bumper. And of course dependent on fitment again....OE quality/fitment.

Hotroad. That was the jiggity-jam b/c it wasn't a copy, it was flared a lot more than OEM kouki and it was a lot lower, too. And of course the center vent.

I'd throw another vote in for a OEM style bumper but without the liscence plate flat spot in the middle, but has a group A style vent right there.

Lindsay - dude, I know it's 2002, actually it's more like 2000, but damn, I finally got a hold of another 180sx/Silvia Super Tuning video (someone jacked that shit from me, and nobody can find it in the US anymore, had to pay $50 for it from Taka Kaira, gfg), and that red 180 on there fucking pwn3d me right in the face. From that point on, I can't think of anything else other than that car, which was straight up kouki 180 with full OEM aero. So hot.

Yeah dude, my ritual was that I'd watch that full vid once a month, sometimes two.

But then someone stole it and I couldn't find anyone that carried it, and the last resort was to buy it directly from Japan. $50 later I have my vid again.

And dude, watching that vid again, I finally figured out where my taste for 180sx/Silvias came from hahaha. The 3 finger gap for sleepy eye thing was from that video (I used the 3 finger gap without knowing why for the longest time, then I saw the Stink guy do that on his red kouki 180 and I was like OOOOOOOH DIP!!).

I wouldn't be too hopeful of that.

The VHS is out of print from what I was told. There are still shops and bookstores and stuff over in Japan that has left over stock, but other than that, you can't really find that video anywhere anymore.

Make sure you don't loan it to ANYBODY. That means noone, not even your gf, or your best friend. Keep that shit locked up in a safe.

What video are you guys talking about? The only video you need to keep locked up is Option vid vol. 88. Just watch Itai (520ps TV2 blue 180sx w/ bronze TE37s 17/18 with HOTROAD aero!!!!) and of course Haruguchi (aka God. Yellow BN Sports FC3S).

I had the whole kouki kit. Cost an arm and leg after paint and install but for a street/daily driver the fitment and durability is second to none. Plus I like having the OEM aero look.

I rented mine from a JDM video store that doesn't exist anymore. This was years ago. VHS -> Transcoder -> Computer -> VideoCD. Have a few copies made just in case. I would buy it on DVD if it ever came out. What do you think, should I upload it to youtube?

I'd be intrested, i'd buy the front and sides as i have the rear valance. I'd vote for the plate area because we are trying to be close to oem right? Also here we need to show front plates and that area would be nice to mount it. If there were no plate area, i'd like it to be shaved, no vents or like the sort.

It's all about the SR20DET and the S-chassis.

Starts off with Koyama san from JUN talking about his top speed S13, drag S14, and Tsukuba special S15, then the video goes to Taniguchi taking his S13 Q's to Yashio Factory to have Oka-chan build him a S13 that will beat Koguchi's World Sport (the black one) 180sx.

It's a hot vid, but yeah, I need to pick up some of the older Options vids too, VCD or DVD if I can find them, but best bet is probably VHS.

Hey JSpec.com 2001 called and they want their bumper back. Sam had pics of the Top Secret stuff and everyone was asking about that sweet g-ride. But you know... then everyone realised it was wicked ugly and they went and bought Vertex, etc. God that Top Secret bumper (whole car) is ugly. Ugh.

Hard to obtain? Yeah because its been filed away in 180sx history as a blunder and no one lies to talk about it! LOL.
