starting my rb25 swap into my s14 - Zilvia.net Forums | Nissan 240SX (Silvia) and Z (Fairlady) Car Forum

i just got this r33 front clip last night so i thought id post some pictures and maybe make this into a swap progress thread. it probly wont be as good as some of the other guys threads though. like KoukiS14 and Tenchuu. but anyway heres some pics of the clip and all the stuff i bought with it. it didnt come with any "extras" other than a k&n air filter, a hks bov, and some JDM cigarette butts in the ashtray (dont worry ill post pics haha).

and the motor will be going in this car. its a black '96 SE. 5-speed. as you can see ive already started working on it haha. it came around 8:30 last night and i started tearing the car apart at 9:30 this morning. i actually got alot more than that done today but im too lazy to upload pics. ill post more pics everyday or so.

looks good. why did you decide to go with the RB when you already had the SR? either way looks like its gonna be fun.

i just decided to move on to bigger and better things. my sr has low compression in all cylinders and i didnt want to mess with rebuilding it. above that, one of my best friends has a s14.5 with a redtop and this will be a "1up" on him haha. his car is still alot cleaner tho. i dont want to say too much cuz hes frequently on this site.
