1. Horn isn't working. If I take a wire and connect the piece that little piece that touches the hub to the steering column the horn will go off, and interestingly, if I rotate the momo hub so the wire coming off it is directly over the piece touching the hub the horn button will work. If I turn the wheel though so the wire's not over it the horn stops working. I know this is a pretty rough explanation, I can take pics if needed.
2. Steering wheel won't allign properly. I'm not sure if this is because my alignment is off or what but with the stock steering wheel it seemed fine. When I put the momo hub on the wheel is turned either a little right or a little left but there's no tooth I can fit the hub on to get it exactly straight. Could I go get another alignment to fix this or something?

By the way it is a base model S13 so no airbags.
