i need help in finding where to put manual transmission fluid on my 95 240 cuz im pretty sure its low, or i need a new one.

also, my brakes are acting really weird. somedays it'll be perfect, and others, ill push the pedal alll the way in n i know it wont stop in an emergency.  but wen that happens, i kill the engine, pump the brakes, and it works normal. but now, besides that, it squeaks. i changed the brake pads (which were practically still new) and the same thing still happens. brake fluid is at a good level.

any comments, suggestions?
