If you have to ask this question...do yourself a favor and have a shop do the wiring harness. Id recommend Phase2 if anything. Chassis electrical setups different between the 2.

im pretty decent when it comes to wiring and electricity and what not, i have never seen an sr20 wiring harness except in pictures and was just wondering if someone could give me some heads ups as to which wires have to been lengthened which plugs replaced etc.

i would recommend having it done by someone else. i did my s14 to s14 swap. it blew goats. i kinda had to do my own, the place i sent it to in texas f#cked it up worse than when i sent it off.
