s13 z32 ebrake on S13.....any1 tried this????

Hi, I tried searching around for the ebrake cable that will work on my S13, but doesnt seems like there is an exact answer to it, so i did some searchin on ebay........ and i found this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/S13-2...spagenameZWD1V

In the picture, it looks like that the kit kind will do the work. I am wondering if any1 have this on their S13....... it looks much safer that the crimping thingy that importnuts did........I dun want to put my car in gear everytime i parked, coz i have remote start, n it will hit sth for sure.......

or any1 know exactly what cable to use??

also I found that some1 used R33 ebrake cable for S13, is it a direct fit, or i need to do some mod to it??

Any comment will help.

Thanks

Welcome to the internet.

Z32 fits S13.
R33 fits S14.

Now crawl back under the rock you've been under for the past 15 years.

Selling a pair of z32 cables.. They were 44" in length. Not sure if it's regular 2 seater z32, but maybe some can clear it up. Contact me if you're interested.

The adaptor you listed works pretty good. I know of a guy that that used the same exact adaptor on his S14 (w Z32 rears) since 2002 when nobody knew about the R33 cables yet, and it did its job just fine. On the other hand, you could probably find a pair of Z32 cables for dirt cheap and it would still work on your S13.

Had that kit. It sucks. The cable ends snap off while e-braking on the track.
