Dyno chart help

My setup:

S15 SR20det SpecR 15psi
Stock MAF, Injectors, Manifolds
NGK BK 7s (gapped 30)
FMIC
Walboro
SAFC

The dyno

Blue - No SAFC settings A/F Ratio high point = 15.6 @ 4300
Green - SAFC settings (see below)

Throttle - 10% Low (no settings on points) 50% High (settings below)

2800 - +2
3400 - +3
4000 - +6
4600 - +7
5200 - +7
5800 - +7
6400 - +7
7000 - +7
7600 - +8

Questions - When we tried to increase fuel at 4000 rpm past a certain point the engine would hiccup. Is this because of the stock MAF? Also are these A/Fs not very accurate b/c of they used a tailpipe sniffer? I'm very very impressed with the highest torque values even at 3700 rpm but everything seems to fall off around 5800 rpm. Why the hell would the SAFC settings make me loose 20hp and around 10ft/lbs?

Thanks

I know this is kinda stupid to bring up, but is the MAF in/out sensor settings configured correctly?

Wouldn't 15psi be pushing it for a stock turbo? Just a lil bit?

Whats your timing set at?

This is kinda kewl, thanks for posting.

Yea the SAFC is set correctly to S15 MAF in S15 MAF out. I think the max efficiency is around a bar maybe a little higher. I can't complain at almost 17 hp/psi but just wondering about the A/F ratio and SAFC settings. Almost 15.5 A/F at 4300 rpms scares me. Timing is almost at 15 BTDC.

Just for kicks here's 7psi low boost

Blue - With SAFC
Red - Completely stock

The damn thing hiccuped again today on a 3rd gear WOT pull around 4500-5000 rpm at 15psi. I think I need a Z32 MAF.

yea grab a n62 aka a z32 maf and retune for it with a wideband, because they might not have the wideband calibrated correctly or the numbers are different because of airflow from actually being on the road, that happened to me while tuning my ka-t setup
