I just bought some 03-05 350z Touring Wheels for my s14 SE, and I am wondering if I'll be able to use my stock lug nuts or if I should plan on ordering some narrower "tuner" lugs.

You can use your old nuts. I run the same wheels on my kouki.

any of the z wheels accept any of the stock lug nuts (to include the base, and track as well)
