I'm still kindof new into the 240SX, but I have enough under my belt to know how to do almost any mechanical work. But, I don't know how well the 240 engine is built. Can someone tell me the hp limits of the injectors, stock bottom end, etc etc?

Thanks
Caleb

stock bottom end on an S14 goes above 300hp... on an S13 it's said to be around 250hp.  The injectors are small... only 270cc.  They should get to about 200hp.... maybe 250 raising fuel pressure (which isn't exactly the smartest thing with small injectors).

ewwwwww...... weak pistons. I thought they'd surely be good to some higher power since that stroker has a 6900 red line. where's the cheapest place to get pistons and rods?

Crankshaft is pretty strong in itself. It's supposed to handle anything under 500hp. Rods and pistons are exactly as strong as these guys have said.

I don't know exactly how strong the cams are, anyone care to inform me? Or us, rather?
