Removing headliner, please help

i have a 91 fastback and im trying to redo the headliner, how difficut is it to remove the headliner? where are the fasteners located? and all that. any help is greatly appreciated.

Other wise. Buy a Chiltons Manual from the store, all the info is in there.

1) Remove trim.

Yup, it's simple. You have to take off the mirron, the sun visors, the dome lamp, the light, and some trim pieces. All pretty self-explanatory.

There is one part that is kinda tricky, in the back of the trims, by the hatch, there is a leather wrapped fastener of some sort, that may give you some trouble, just try to take it off as carefully as possible, you don't want to break it, other than that, you're just looking at a couple of screw and stuff.

That peice your talking about slides right off. I think you slide the thing towards the rear of the car and it comes off.

Yeah, that was my experience. Just swapped my whole interior out 2 weekends ago (black > brown haha).
