Maf???

sr20det blacktop
about 2 weeks ago i noticed my car was starting run more rich than usally, did a little tuning with my afc. Ran Fine this past week its hard to get started floods out pretty much, after i do get it goin it idle's like the dile ari control has gone out, then giving it gas i will have to pedal the gas until it stops falling on its face . Then when driving first gear from a stop is a nightmare it jumps bucks , but will go past 2500rpm. seconded gear it gets a little better, until i get at a general constant crusing speed then giving it gas to accelerate it will jump and buck ... then from there its back to the b/s. then comign to a stop it idles up and down like i said before.. then taking off the same thign as posted .. Runs ungodly rich u can smell it.... So I pulled my plugs , they were black went ahead and changed them . Same deal didnt help.. Fuel filter ... same thing ... im runnin a Walboro 255 fuel pump. Fuel pump is not the problem took another fuel pump i had for the car again a walboro same thing so its not the fuel filter plugs, so i ran codes it threw a 55 ...55 - Other Malfunction. CONSULT Terminal Required. Adjusted idle air , tps, still havent pressure tested for boost leaks cause then boost gauge only fluxuates on idle and still hits the 10 psi i have it set for?? any i deas?????

A code 55 means NO MALFUNCTION.

(This is as detected by the ECU, The ECU does not test mechanical failures, only electrical.)

could be injectors. I just had a problem with my one of mine. Had a progressively rough idle so i pulled the plugs and the #1 plug was black so i cleaned the plugs up and switched the #1 and #2 injector to see if the problem follows.

It wouldn't hurt to look at the injector o rings, I wouldn't be surprised if they were looking a little rough. If not you only wasted 15 minutes.

maybe you got some messed up wiring for you maf connection ... if ever you start up and your having that problem pop yer hood wiggle yer wire n see if the prob goes away ... i thinking i kinda got the same problem ... my maf wire is like super duper long, my homie said im losing connectivity cause oh it being so long sometimes meaning a drop in voltage to the maf equal improper function ... basically saying your maf dont wanna work sometimes but since its like on n off its not gonna throw a code

either your MAFS or your SAFC setting. Do you have it set for the correct engine? Do you have a tunned ECU? Pretty much all the correct startup settings for the SR20DET are in the book it comes with.
