LOL. To scale that thing was moving at the speed of light. 43mph * 10 (1/10 scale??) that's 430mph and drifting too.

Only shitty part is when you crash em and end up like my bros, sidelined. Between fixing his R/C car and fixing his real car (he got into an accident), he is broke.

After I finally get a car and an SR i might get one of those, since by then I woulda moved, and where I am moving has lots of open roads for shit like that, not open enough for screwin around with real cars though, but I havnt seen much of it yet.

If you are talking about the ones in the vid you obviously did not see the 43 mph thing, but I have a feeling you are talkin about HPI's other R/C car that are even smaller, and drift. You would have to check out HPIracing.com to see those, not sure the name of them though. Also I don't know if you can change bodykits.

The ones in the vid are also sold by HPI and they are kinda big, abput the size of a PS2. They are gas powered and make an awful lot of noise, expecially when idle. and release smoke from the side exhaust (its usually side). You can chaneg to body to anything, it is just a thin plastic body, they have a lot of bodies for it. They usually come clear and have to be painted, and come with stickers for headlights and grills and tailligts and other stuff. You always see em at import shows on top of someone car. These things are really meant for experienced people, they are hard to control and such.

BTW do you know where part 1 is?

you do not change the body kit. The whole body comes off, you can buy new ones. There are several companies that make bodies. You can get just about any body you want as long as the car is semi popular. I have a TC3...its a 1/10th scale electric 4wheel drive touring car. They are hella fun till you wreck it and you're too broke to fix it. Once I get the money I'm gonna fix everything and probably put some lighter parts on it, get aluminum rims and a Skyline GTR body. The possibilities with RC cars are endless.

If you want to get into RC cars and want a touring car I strongly recommend the Associated TC3, which you can get in a ready to run package(body is already painted, car is completely built, all electronics included). Just to let you know the TC3 probably still holds the record(set last year) for the top speed in that kinda car. They got it to go like 96mph with lots of batteries, and a custom motor. And no it was not gas powered.
