240sx radio wiring questions

so when i bought my 95 240sx SE, i noticed the wiring was F**KED front and back. I am just going to run new wires from my new Alpine deck to the 4 speakers, one in each door and the two in the rear. Can anyone possible tell me how many feet or speaker wire i should get? i am sure someone has went through this already and could provide me with that answer and what size? i was thinking 14 or 12 awg

thanks guys

Complete waste of time. All the wiring is already there.

The rear speaker wiring is obviously straightforward, for the fronts you can tie directly into the joint connector, it's behind the passenger airbag (remove the dash for access) this is where the OE wiring splits to go to the doors and Apillar tweeters.

But again, you're wasting time, just repair whatever damage is behind the radio and at the rear and you're gold.

My car had been stolen a few times by the time I got it, and the wiring back there was garbage. I'm really into car audio/installs though, so I took it upon myself to rewire everything when I put my alarm and audio in. The power wiring is straight forward, you need constant (fused) 12V, switched 12V, and ground. As far as speaker wire, I ran 2 4 1/2 ft runs to my crossovers under my seats, and a few feet into the doors and a-pillars. For the back I used 15ft runs and had a little extra. Hope this helps.
