s13 Problems Adjusting Kei-Office Coilovers

Hi, I am having problems adjusting my Kei-Office XR coilovers. This came with the car when i bought it and don't really know how to make it less stiff. Under the hood i see a nut that has numbers on top of them which are from 1-4. Can anyone help me out how to adjust this?

There should be a small dot on one side of the flat head adjuster that's in the middle. Make the dot point toward the desired setting.
