S13 Projector Paint?

I searched, nothing came up. I know people take apart the triple projectors to adjust them, but i was wondering if anyone has taken them apart and painted the chrome/silver housing peice black or something like that. does anyone have pics of this?

it wont look that yellow from any other angle. and painting housings black on headlights with fluted lenses will just make it look dirty inside. why waste time taking headlights apart and having possible leaky headlights to make them look worse.

b/c i don't think they look dirty inside and i pulled them apart to modify my cutoff shield on my projectors so as not to blind oncoming traffic with my HIDs yet still be able to see driving down the street

btw i used a "satin" black

1) bezels come in a black chrome (almost gun-metal) color.
2) OEM projectors are not suitable for HID.

1) really? i don't think i've ever seen then in a black chrome color
2) correct, OEM projectors are halogen projectors however, modifying the cutoff shields was the next best thing for me to do until I swap in a set of Bosch HID projectors and some D2S burners
