I just got out of school today and I went to get gas, but on my way home the engine light came on and that's when I knew something was wrong... But it never acted like this before.  I put the car on Park and opened the hood.  The engine was shaking at the same time slowly dying and it catches back to keep running.  What is the problem? it shakes and starts to almost die out...I dont know what to do... Please help!

by any chance have u added an intake recently? check ur vacuum lines on the intake they may be loose

I'd second the vacuum line.  Anyway, don't worry, the car's fine.  Check lights are only emissions control.  If it's shaking like that, your computer is letting you know there's an emissions part that needs replacing, or needs to be put in the proper place at least.

It might be your distributer cap that happened to me it was like half hanging off, i just got some zip ties and pushed it back on better that worked fine, and has been fine since

does your car run sluggish? it almost sounds like an injector went out. if its shaking like that thats what i would check. see if your resistance is within spec 11-14 is for nissans.
