ok so i just installed a power fc on my red top and street tuned it, then i shut the car off and all of my tune went back to the factory settings. So i tried to initialize it and that doesn't seem to work either i followed the steps ff of the apexi-usa site but tat don't help either please help

( i have no idea what motor you have )

either someone didn't wire in the ecu back up relay correctly, the relay's bad, or they gave the red wire on the dash plug (on a nissan) that's supposed to have constant 12volts, an ignition source instead. gl =]

yea i have had to fix a lot people harness because of this problem. There is a relay(ECCS relay) that is only getting a switched 12v source. You need to rewire it so it gets power after you shut the car off so the power fc has enough time to save. You probably got your wiring done by wiring specialties. Yury does a great job but alot of his harnesses have this problem.
