SR Dies on Decel....Also low volts

Im having 2 issues...
1. When Im decelling at low rpm the car tends to die like it wont hold a idle. what can be the cause of this (bad IAC)
2. When I start my car its charging voltage is 14 and the ECU is reading 12.6 Volts good as I drive the charging drops to13.0 to 13.5 and the ecu is reading 11.5 to 11.8v. sometimes low also I am on a ka Alternater. Should I through more grounds on or what?

check your alternator, throw piggy back in garbage, get larger injectors, get larger MAF, get tuned rom.

honestly just dont drive the car until you do that, your life will be much better.
